Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with warm professionalism
- Manage room reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone/in-person
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with precision
- Assist with weekend event setup and guest concierge services
- Maintain immaculate lobby and common areas
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate when necessary
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Available to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts (8AM-8PM)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficient with hotel management software (e.g., Opera)
- Valid California driver's license (for errands)
