Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend guests with warm professionalism
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation coordination
- Prepare and maintain clean, inviting guest spaces throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Operate POS systems and manage cash transactions accurately
- Assist with weekend event setup and breakdown as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) reliably
