Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to weekend guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our digital systems
- Prepare and maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy
- Adhere to all safety protocols and cleanliness standards
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for weekend functions
Qualifications
- Must be available for both Saturday and Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
- No prior experience required – we train all team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Reliable transportation to downtown Chicago location
