As a cornerstone of our guest services team, you'll be the face of CityScape Hospitality during high-demand weekends. Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes and room assignments during weekend peak hours
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional service
- Coordinate weekend event setup and breakdown for private functions and conferences
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for weekend operational needs
- Monitor security protocols and access control for guest safety
- Assist with weekend marketing initiatives and guest loyalty program enrollment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of Philadelphia attractions and transportation
- Valid driver's license (for occasional errands)
