Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/out and during resort inquiries
- Manage resort amenities including pool/beach access and activity coordination
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and guest facilities
- Process payments and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Assist with event setup and weekend special programming
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) with some holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule availability is essential
