- Provide exceptional guest service across all resort amenities including pools, dining, and concierge services
- Manage weekend check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Coordinate weekend event setups and special guest requests
- Maintain pristine facility standards during high-traffic weekend periods
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with prompt, professional solutions
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) with no weekday requirements
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities

- Valid California driver's license (for occasional errands)
