Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to weekend guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Prepare and serve specialty weekend brunch and dinner menu items
- Manage weekend reservations and optimize table turnover during peak hours
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless weekend operations
- Process payments and accurately handle cash/POS transactions
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Available exclusively for Saturday and Sunday shifts (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Flexible schedule with weekend availability required
- Strong communication skills and customer service aptitude
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic food safety knowledge or willingness to obtain certification
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must be 18+ years old
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not essential
