Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and problem resolution
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlist operations efficiently
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold strict sanitation standards and maintain pristine venue appearance
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and inventory management
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting venue offerings and local attractions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) including holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction processing
