Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, pastries, and light food menu items
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm greetings and personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of café stations, seating areas, and equipment
- Process cash and digital payments accurately using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with weekend team members to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in weekend promotions and seasonal menu launches
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (primarily Sat/Sun)
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
