Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across resort amenities including pools, beach access, and dining facilities
- Manage guest check-ins, reservations, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain pristine facility standards through regular cleaning and safety inspections
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations accurately
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Assist with special weekend events and seasonal promotions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability required (Saturdays and Sundays, 8 AM - 8 PM)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer proficiency with POS systems
- Valid Virginia driver's license (for resort shuttle duties)
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
