- Manage weekend check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Coordinate VIP weekend experiences and special event operations
- Maintain pristine facility standards during peak weekend occupancy
- Process payments and resolve billing inquiries with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless weekend operations
- Document guest feedback and implement improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Flexible weekend availability (Sat/Sun, 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm shifts)
- Proficient in POS systems and digital reservation platforms
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-traffic environments
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- First Aid/CPR certification a plus
