Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with warm, authentic New Orleans charm
- Manage room inventory and ensure pristine cleanliness standards across all guest areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Address guest inquiries with local recommendations and personalized service
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Support event operations and VIP weekend guest experiences
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Must be available for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 7AM-3PM or 3PM-11PM)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (training provided)
- Valid Louisiana hospitality certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
