Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized guest check-in/check-out services
- Manage resort amenities including pool areas and recreational facilities
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service concerns promptly
- Maintain pristine resort standards through regular area inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash drawer procedures accurately
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
