Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to resort guests
- Manage front desk operations and check-in/check-out procedures
- Coordinate event setups and break-downs for weekend functions
- Assist with valet parking and guest transportation
- Maintain pristine facility cleanliness and safety standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer literacy and point-of-sale experience preferred
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Florida driver's license (for valet positions)
- High school diploma or equivalent
