Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to hotel guests during weekend shifts
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and handle guest inquiries
- Monitor common areas and ensure cleanliness standards are maintained
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Assist with event setup and weekend hospitality activities
- Document guest feedback and report maintenance issues
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
