Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during weekend check-ins, check-outs, and in-person inquiries
- Manage room inventory and assist with weekend housekeeping coordination
- Process payments and resolve billing discrepancies for weekend guests
- Operate POS systems and maintain accurate weekend financial records
- Coordinate with security and maintenance teams for weekend operational needs
- Assist with weekend event setup and guest concierge services
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (8am-6pm or 10am-8pm)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced weekend environments
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems or willingness to learn
- Valid New York work authorization and reliable weekend transportation
