Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service through personalized check-in/check-out experiences
- Manage resort amenities including pool concierge and beach towel services
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Execute resort events and weekend activities with energy and professionalism
- Maintain pristine common areas and uphold resort cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability required (Saturdays & Sundays, 8AM-6PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Valid Florida driver's license (for resort errands)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
