- Deliver exceptional guest service with a warm, authentic Miami welcome
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using resort softwareHandle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptlyPrepare and maintain immaculate public areas and guest roomsCollaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operationsAssist with event setup and breakdown for weekend functionsAdhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun or Fri/Sun)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US
