Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hotel guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and manage front desk operations
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks in common areas and guest rooms
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure facility standards
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere through collaboration and communication
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with rotating shifts
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
