Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service with warm professionalism and attention to detail
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our digital systems
- Maintain pristine public areas and guest rooms to luxury standards
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with solution-oriented mindset
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately
- Assist with event setup and guest activities during weekend stays
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 8am-8pm)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if driving required)
