Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to weekend guests across all touchpoints
- Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists efficiently
- Process payments, handle transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness, safety, and presentation protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with professionalism
- Support inventory management and weekend event preparations
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
