Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to weekend guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and check-in/check-out processes efficiently
- Prepare and maintain clean, inviting public spaces according to brand standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain financial accountability
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies during weekend shifts
- Uphold strict safety and sanitation protocols for all guest-facing areas
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability to work Saturdays and Sundays, including holidays
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable personality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with transaction systems
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the United States
