Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service in resort common areas and amenities
- Manage weekend check-in/check-out procedures for guests
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for weekend facility upkeep
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with weekend event setups and guest inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in public spaces
- Collaborate with weekend management team to resolve guest issues
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Nevada Gaming Card or willingness to obtain immediately
