Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to diverse guests during weekend shifts
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently and accurately
- Prepare and serve premium breakfast items and local specialties
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Maintain pristine standards of cleanliness and presentation in public areas
- Assist with weekend event setup and special guest requests
Qualifications
- Must be available for both Saturday and Sunday shifts (8am-4pm)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Positive attitude and passion for New Orleans culture
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Must be 18+ years old
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability during peak holiday weekends
