Responsibilities
- Deliver premium customer service to weekend guests across spa and lounge areas
- Coordinate weekend event bookings and maintain premium facility standards
- Process payments and manage weekend retail operations with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Implement health and safety protocols during high-traffic weekend periods
- Assist with weekend inventory management and supply replenishment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Flexible availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Ohio state food handler certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments
- Basic POS system proficiency
