Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across resort amenities including pool areas, beach access points, and lobby concierge
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems for retail and beverage services
- Manage inventory and maintain pristine presentation of resort facilities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with professionalism and local knowledge
- Adhere to all safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Complete opening/closing checklists and operational documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability required (Saturdays and Sundays, 6 AM - 2 PM)
- Valid Florida driver's license (for resort shuttle duties)
- Proficient in basic computer operations and POS systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in tropical climate
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills highly valued
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Previous resort/hotel experience a strong plus
