Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend guests across multiple venue locations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our proprietary reservation system
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and issues with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with weekend event setup and breakdown procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all public areas
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and reservation software
- Valid California driver's license (for location transfers)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
