Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and cultural information to weekend visitors
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Operate market stalls, merchandise displays, and vendor coordination
- Execute daily inventory counts and stock replenishment operations
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in high-traffic weekend environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during weekend events and promotions
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and local expertise
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm)
- Strong cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of New Orleans culture and attractions preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced weekend environments
- Basic inventory management experience
- Must be 18+ with valid work authorization
