Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend guests at our Wichita location
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our digital systems
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain pristine facility standards during weekend occupancy periods
- Assist with weekend event setup and breakdown as needed
- Complete accurate documentation and reporting for weekend activities
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (8am-8pm)
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid Kansas driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required
