Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during Saturday/Sunday peak hours
- Handle guest check-ins, reservations, and payment processing
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Maintain pristine facility standards during weekend shifts
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Assist with inventory management and weekend event setups
- Complete daily reporting tasks with attention to detail
Qualifications
- Availability to work all Saturday and Sunday shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Valid California Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to our Harbor Island location
