Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to resort guests during weekend operations
- Manage guest check-ins/out and handle reservation inquiries
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown activities
- Maintain pristine facility standards through regular cleaning and inspections
- Process payments and manage cash drawer transactions accurately
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) including evenings
- High school diploma or equivalent; students welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Reliable transportation to International Drive location
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
