Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend guests with genuine Southern hospitality
- Manage guest check-ins/out processes efficiently using our digital systems
- Prepare and maintain pristine guest areas including lobbies, pools, and common spaces
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for weekend festivals and private functions
- Handle basic inventory management for weekend supplies and amenities
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic computer proficiency with digital check-in systems
- Valid Louisiana driver's license (for occasional errands)
