Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at high-traffic weekend events and venues
- Manage guest inquiries, seating arrangements, and reservation systems
- Process transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with venue staff for smooth event operations and setup/breakdown
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in guest areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Document daily operations and submit reports for payroll processing
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (no weekday commitments)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
- Reliable transportation to downtown Indianapolis locations
- Positive attitude and adaptability to fast-paced environments
- Must pass background check and provide valid ID
