Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Manage venue operations including guest check-ins, reservations, and event support
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all public areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations with accuracy
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
