Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend guests with warm professionalism
- Manage venue operations during peak weekend hours with efficiency
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards across all guest areas

- Support inventory management and restocking procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service
- Unrestricted weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Valid California Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to downtown LA locations
