Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend guests at hotel events and dining venues
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for weekend guests with efficiency and warmth
- Coordinate weekend event setups and teardowns for private functions and conferences
- Handle weekend inventory management for event supplies and amenities
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly during peak weekend hours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and sanitation protocols during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedule (Saturdays & Sundays, 8am-8pm)
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during weekend shifts
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Must be available for immediate start (within 3 days of hiring)
- Valid California driver's license (if required for venue transfers)
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for weekend event setups
