Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during weekend peak hours (Friday-Sunday)
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for weekend functions
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Contribute to weekend inventory management and supply organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and hotel operations
- Valid Louisiana food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be 18+ years old
- Local knowledge of New Orleans attractions preferred
