Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across front desk and concierge services
- Maintain pristine facility standards through regular cleaning and organization
- Process guest check-ins/check-outs using our digital systems
- Coordinate with team members for seamless weekend operations
- Assist with event setup and special weekend activities
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all team members
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (8AM-4PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Positive attitude and service-oriented mindset
- Valid Texas ID or driver's license
- Ability to pass background check
