Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and assistance at check-in/check-out
- Manage front desk operations including reservation systems and payments
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of public areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Assist with event setup and guest activities
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - full training provided
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy

- Reliable transportation to downtown location
