As a Weekend Hospitality Associate, you'll be the face of our premium San Diego location, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service. Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service at check-in, during stays, and at check-out
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a positive attitude
- Perform daily room inspections and report maintenance needs
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for weekend functions
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—full training provided
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturdays/Sundays)
