Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to guests during weekend shifts
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and handle guest inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and guest facilities
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately
- Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Assist with event setup and special weekend activities as needed
Qualifications
- Flexible availability exclusively on weekends (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
