Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all touchpoints including check-in, dining, and amenities
- Process reservations, payments, and inquiries with precision using our digital systems
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Conduct property tours and provide local recommendations to enhance guest experiences

- Participate in weekend training sessions and team meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Basic proficiency with reservation software and POS systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Nevada work permit and ability to pass background check
