Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across all venue touchpoints
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries
- Process payments accurately using POS systems

- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic cash handling and POS proficiency
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification preferred
- Knowledge of Dallas tourism industry a plus
