Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend guests
- Manage front desk operations during peak Friday-Sunday hours
- Process check-ins/check-outs using PMS systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Prepare weekend occupancy reports
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and holidays
