Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend check-ins, check-outs, and guest interactions
- Manage room assignments and ensure optimal guest satisfaction across weekend operations
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams for weekend property upkeep
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Maintain accurate weekend occupancy records and reservation systems
- Execute weekend promotional activities and upsell resort amenities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and occasional holidays
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
