Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences during Saturday-Sunday shifts
- Manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues proactively
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards across all guest touchpoints
- Participate in weekend inventory and quality assurance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability exclusively for Saturday-Sunday shifts (8am-8pm)
- Proficiency with property management systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid California driver's license (for hotel errands)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible scheduling within weekend parameters
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
