Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at weekend events and venues
- Process transactions accurately using our digital POS system
- Maintain pristine facility standards throughout shifts
- Collaborate with weekend team members for seamless operations
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Complete end-of-shift reporting and inventory tasks
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8am-6pm)
- Basic math skills and comfort with technology
- Valid driver's license (for venue transportation if required)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods

- Local Indianapolis residency preferred
