Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Manage guest check-ins/out with efficiency and professionalism
- Operate POS systems and process cash/credit transactions accurately
- Ensure facility cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Coordinate with overnight staff for seamless operations
- Assist with weekend inventory management and restocking
- Uphold all safety and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (minimum 12 hours/week)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Valid work authorization required
- Reliable transportation to downtown Atlanta location
