Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and attention to detail
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs efficiently using our resort management system
- Coordinate weekend events and activities to enhance guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
- Maintain pristine common areas and ensure resort standards are consistently met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize weekend operations
- Assist with inventory management for weekend amenities and supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends with flexible availability (Saturday & Sunday)
- Proficiency in resort management software and MS Office suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous experience in luxury or boutique hospitality preferred
