Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend front desk operations including check-in/check-out processes
- Manage staff scheduling and ensure exceptional service standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for property upkeep
- Implement weekend revenue strategies and upsell opportunities
- Conduct daily staff briefings and performance reviews
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hospitality management experience
- Proven ability to work weekends exclusively (Sat/Sun)
- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Strong leadership abilities with team management experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Valid California Food Handler's certification
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Spanish language fluency highly preferred
